高效磨削用砂轮地貌的优化设计研究

摘    要:针对有关磨削过程建模仿真传统思路的局限性,提出了按照加工要求和用量条件优化设计砂轮地貌和按优化地貌制作砂轮的创新思想.依此思想并按照高效磨削的要求,建立了砂轮地貌的优化模型,所建模型的最大优势在于它在优化地貌的同时也优化了用量条件和磨削过程.以模型优化结果指导磨削加工过程,理论上可确保在不烧伤条件下获得最高的材料去除率指标.作为优化模型的一个实际应用,设计了实验用的超硬磨料开槽砂轮.

Abstract:In view of the limitation of the traditional thinking in modeling and simulation of the grinding processes, a new idea is put forward. It is the optimization of the topography in accordance with machining demands and grinding parameters and the optimization of grinding parameters in accordance with the topography and machining demands. In this way, not only the study of modeling and simulation can be realized but also the optimization of the processes can be carried out. Furthermore, a superabrasive slotted grinding wheel is designed as a practical application of the optimization model.
