| 摘 要： | 以“两金会晤”为转折点，朝鲜外交渐易常态，日益呈现出明显的全方位特征。朝鲜外交模式由保守单一到多边开放的转变是以后冷战时期朝鲜的一系列错综而深刻的国际国内因素为背景的。这决定了朝鲜推行全方位外交路线的战略性而非策略性。

| Abstract: | In the new millennium, the jin jin summit as milestone, the diplomacy of the North Korean began to change from the tradition and take on a new characteristic of multilateralism gradually. The change of the diplomacy mode from the single and conservative one to multilateral and open one is based on a background including a series of domestic and international factors which are complex and profound in the North Korean after the cold war. The background determines the practice of the policy of multilateral diplomacy is strategic rather than tactical. |
