摘    要:本文针对目前各校在考评教师业绩中普遍存在的两方面问题,一是模型不规范,二是评委评分偏差大,提出了一种新的评价模型,力求提高考评的合理性.

Abstract:Considering two problems existing in evaluating a teacher's achievement in each college, in which one is nonstandard pattern, the other is the large deviation of the grades given by adjudicators, the author develops a new evaluating pattern, in order to make the evaluation more reasonable.
