青藤碱精制工艺的优化

摘    要:优选青风藤精制工艺,以青藤碱为指标成分,采用HLPC法,考察了以氯仿、2%盐酸水溶液分别为溶剂,不同萃取次数对提取率的影响,优化青风藤的精制工艺.优选出以氯仿、2%盐酸水溶液交替萃取3次,青风藤提取率最高.该提取方法简便,稳定性好,有效成分转移率高.

Abstract:To optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii.This paper took the sinomeine as index,the concentration of extraction times of Chloroform and 2%hydrochloric acid aq were evaluated by HLPC to optimize the technology for depuration of Caulis sinomenii.The optimum depuration condition was described as follow: Chloroform and 2%hydrochloric acid aq extract 3 times,and the extractive rate of sinomeine was the highest.The extraction method was simple with a good stability and high transfering rate o...
