On Promoting Building the Party through Institutionalization and Reinforcing the Advanced Nature of the Party in Higher Education

Building the Party through institutionalization is a precious experience crystallized from the long process of building the Party.We must stick to the direction of the scientific theory,adhere to the spirit and character that seek the truth from facts and innovation,preserve in carrying out scientifically principal accountability system under the lead of the Party committee in higher education,continue to unify that manages the school by science,democracy and law when promoting building the Party through institutionalization of the higher education,thus fundamentally push for the advanced nature of the Party of the higher education.
