| 摘 要： | 我国女大学生就业难已成为全社会共同关注的热点问题。女大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,既有历史的,也有现实的;既有社会经济体制、就业政策等客观因素的影响,也有用人单位受利益驱动、女大学生择业观念等主观因素的影响。本文在对女大学生就业难的原因进行全面梳理和分析的基础上,提出了解决这一问题的对策思考。

| Abstract: | The employment difficulties among girl college students is a hot topic attracting widespread attention from the society. There are various causes for such difficulties. The objective factors include socioeconomic system, employment policy while the subjective ones include interests and concept of choosing a job. Finally this paper puts forward some solutions to these problems. |
