| 摘 要： | 介绍了面向高等院校的办公自动化系统(UOA)的主要模块及其各个子功能模块的设计与实现,提出了三级办公的思想(校级、部门级、个人级)和提高办公效率的“办公精灵”辅助客户端软件.从系统的设计以及实现技术来看,UOA具有易于使用,可扩展性强的特点。使用该系统能够很大程度上提高办公效率、节约办公支出,基本上能够满足移动办公的需要。

| Abstract: | The office automation in universitives is considered, and the design and realization of the main module and its sub -functioning modules are introduced, such as the three-layered operation conception (university layer, department layer and individual layer) as well as the "office eidolon", which promoting working efficiency. From these aspects, this system is easily assessable and extensible. The application of this system can improve working efficiency on a large scale, and can basically be sufficient for wireless office work. |
