| 摘 要： | 采用３．５—二甲苯酚为显色剂，分光光度法测定桔皮中果胶含量，并对其吸收峰，显色条件，干拢物及排除干拢的方活进行了详细的试验，找出了桔皮中果胶测定的最佳条件。
