摘    要:采用3.5—二甲苯酚为显色剂,分光光度法测定桔皮中果胶含量,并对其吸收峰,显色条件,干拢物及排除干拢的方活进行了详细的试验,找出了桔皮中果胶测定的最佳条件。

Abstract:dimethyphenol. as a colouring reagent.is used for spectrophotometric determination of the pectin in orange peel. The aborption spectrum, reaction conditions. interftrence substances and the ways to resist them. were investigated experimentally. The Optimun determination conditions were summed up.
