Ti-Ni合金的织构与弹性模量及伪弹性应变的定量关系

摘    要:应用取向分布函数(Orientation Distribution Function,ODF)方法分析了形状记忆合金Ti-50.4%Ni(原子分数)热轧后的织构,结果表明其织构类型为α纤维,根据其织构系数计算了不同轧向的弹性模量,并由ODF回算的反极图计算了不同轧向的伪弹性应变,经实验证实,得到了Ti-50.4%Ni形状记忆合金热轧织构与弹性模量及伪弹性应变的定量关系。

Quantitative Relationship between Texture, Elastic Modulus and Pseudo-Elastic Strain in Ti-Ni Alloys

Abstract:A Ti 50.4%Ni (atom fraction) shape memory alloy (hot rolled) was studied. The texture of this alloy was analyzed by the orientation distribution function. Its elastic modulus and pseudoelastic strain were calculated, so the quantitative relationship between the texture and elastic modulus, as well as psuedoelastic strain was built. The results are in good agreement with those of experiments.
