| 摘 要： | 共产党处于革命党或执政党的不同时代,认识国情的立足点与内容具有明显的差别,这种差别在理论上称为＂基本国情的‘时代位移’＂。列宁开创了对基本国情认识因时代不同的位移理论与实践,中国共产党在革命时代与建设时代对此进行了继承和创新。

| Abstract: | When the communist party stays in the revolutionary-party era or in the administration-party era,the difference is obvious to be aware of the standpoint and the contents of national conditions.This difference can be called the ＂‘era displacement’ of basic national conditions＂.Lenin initiated the theory and practice of displacement for different eras to understand basic national conditions;in the time of revolution and construction,Chinese communist party inherited and improved Lenin’s theory and practice. |
