摘    要:城市高架快速路在改善市区交通的同时对匝道附近交叉口产生了一定的负面影响,以呼和浩特昭君路-南二环路交叉口为例,旨在研究此类交叉口的优化改善对策.首先在调查交叉口流量及信号配时的基础上分析了交叉口现状存在的问题,然后从交通管理、交叉口渠化的角度提出了改善对策,最后通过VISSIM仿真对优化方案进行了评价.研究发现:匝道出口管制,错开机非停车线,设置行人过街安全岛、设置公交专用进口道等可改善此类交叉口的交通状况.

Abstract:Urban traffic can be improved a lot when expressways are constructed. However, congestion may be a problem for the intersections near expressway ramps. The intersection of Zhaojun Road and Nanerhuan Road in Hohhot was taken as an example, and traffic optimization countermeasures of intersections near expressway ramps was investigated in this paper. Firstly, traffic volume and signal timing of this intersection were surveyed and the existing problems were analyzed. Then, some optimization countermeasures about traffic management and intersection design were proposed. Finally, the optimization scheme was evaluated through VISSIM simulation. Traffic at intersections near expressway ramps can be improved through ramp exit management, parking line design, pedestrian safety island and bus-only approaches.
