摘    要:证明了竞价依RS序和LIR序增加分别是买方竞拍模式和卖方竞拍模式中获胜者平均租金递增的充分条件.当竞价依d isp序递增时,两种拍卖模式中获胜者的平均租金均会随之增加.

Abstract:It is shown that an increase of bidders' valuation in the sense of right spread order and location independent riskier order can lead to an increase of the expected rent of the winner in buyer's auction and(reversed) auction,respectively.The expected rent of the winner is further proved to increase if the bidders' valuation has an increase in the sense of dispersive order.
