| 摘 要： | 通过电子束CT检查与冠脉造影术检查各项对比,提出了电子束CT检测冠状动脉钙化对诊断冠心病(老年组)的临床意义.采集我院2005～2008年病例54例,均为≥60岁老年人患者,进行电子束EBCT检查CAC积分的测定,筛选病例和选择性冠脉动脉造影术.结果显示,电子束EBCT检查与选择性冠脉动脉造影术结果呈高度的相关性:EBCT造影对冠脉的评价和病变检测不仅受血管解剖部位的影响,还与血管的大小有关.说明冠状动脉钙化是影响冠脉管腔CT评价的重要因素;CAC的检测对诊断冠心病有重要意义;CAC阴性有助于排除冠心病.

| Abstract: | Our objective is to point out the climcal significance of the electron beam CT coronary angiography examination and inspection to the diagnosis of coronary artery calcification for the elderly people.The 54 cases of patients who were all elderly≥60 years were collected in our hospital in 2005-2008.The selective coronary arteriography was carried out on these selected cases.Show that EBCT electron beam inspection is highly corelated with the selective coronary arteriography.The evaluation and detection of EBCT coronary angiography are not only affected by the anatomy of vascular site,but related to the size of blood vessels.The coronary artery calcification is an important factor for CT evaluation.CAC detection is important to the diagnosis of coronary heart diseases.CAC is helpful to exclude coronary artery diseases. |
