摘    要:综述了激光表面处理技术的原理、分类及其在材料腐蚀与防护方面的最新研究成果。着重讨论了激光熔凝和激光表面合金化处理两种技术对材料表层的结构和合金元素分布的影响。腐蚀实验证实,经激光处理的材料表面的抗腐蚀性能,尤其是抗局部腐蚀性能,远高于基体。在分析材料腐蚀机理的基础上,弄清了激光表面处理提高材料抗腐蚀性能的机理,并就该方向的进一步研究提出了看法

Abstract:The mechanism and classification of laser surface processing(LSP) and its newest achievements on corrosion and protection of materials were reviewed. The effects of two kinds of laser surface processing, including laser surface glazing and laser surface alloying, on the surface structure and the distribution of alloy elements were discussed. Corrosion tests show that the corrosion resistance of laser processed surface is much higher than that of matrix, especially in local corrosion. The mechanism of LSP improving the corrosion resistance of materials is achieved by analyzing the corrosion mechanism. The forward work is suggested.
