| 摘 要： | 多层股钢丝绳在生产中由于受捻制装备,操作技术和钢丝绳结构本身特点以及钢丝绳使用等因素的影响,多层股钢丝绳生产难度较大,使用时常出现质量问题。分析了多层股钢丝绳使用时存在的问题及其原因,对生产工艺参数进行了改进,提高了钢丝绳捻制质量。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the twisted system equipment,operational technology and the structural characteristics of steel wire as well as the use of steel wire,etc.in the production process,the quality problems often occur in use.The use problems of multi-layered stock steel wire and their causes have been analyzed.Some of the craft parameters of production have been perfected to improve the twisting quality of steel wire. |
