冶勒自然保护区大、小熊猫主食竹类微量元素的初步研究

摘    要:冕宁冶勒自然保护区内大、小熊猫均以鹅热竹(Bashaniaspanostachya)为主要食物.经采取其竹叶。竹笋和不同年龄的竹茎进行微量元素测定,并应用原子吸收光谱对Zn,Cu,Mg,Fe,Ca,Mn,K等7种元素的含量进行分析,结果表明竹叶和竹笋中微量元素含量高于竹茎,尤其是竹叶含量最高,同一年龄竹子在不同季节里和不同年龄竹子在同一季节里其微量元素的含量有差异.

Abstract:Bashanic spanostachya is the giant panda and the red Panda in Ye Lei Natural Reserve.From March to November, 1994, we chose leaves, shoots, and different stems of bamboo to determine their thee element content. The seven trace elements (Zn, Cu, Mg, Fe, Ca, Mn, K) were analysed with the atomic absorption method. The results indicate that the trace element content in leaves and shoots are higher than that in stems with the content in leaves the highest. The trace element content in the bamboo varies with the season and age .
