| 摘 要： | 梳理了我国保险立法的演进过程，评析政府和学术界所作的理论研究和改进，提出我国巨灾保险立法时机已成熟，未来的巨灾保险立法体系应有专门的巨灾保险法律，辅之以多项巨灾保险法规。巨灾保险立法应体现巨灾保险的强制性。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development of insurance legislation in China,analyzes the theoretical study and improvement made by the government and academic world,and points out that the time for catastrophe insurance legislation is ripe,and the future catastrophe legislation system must consist of specialized catastrophe insurance laws assisted with number of catastrophe insurance regulations and should reflect the mandatorienss of catastrophe insurance. |
