加强思想政治工作营造高校改革良好环境

佛山大学创办以来,在办学模式、管理体制、教学环节、干部人事、科研开发、后勤工作等方面进行了一系列改革,初步形成了具有自身特色的办学模式。其成功之经验在于坚持以改革为中心的同时,建立起为改革服务,与改革相适应的思想政治工作保障体系,把思想政治工作贯穿于改革全过程,为改革营造良好的环境。

To Strengthen Ideological and Moral Management, and Develop a Better Background for the Reform of Higher Learning

Since the establishment of Foshan University, a series of reforms have been undertaken in schooling module, administrative system, teaching link, leading personel, a- cademic exploration and logistic work. A preliminary module for schooling management has been formed with its own peculiar features. A successful experience for this achievement, is the establishment of ideological and moral management as a protective system, which is in keeping with the reform and throughout the whole procedure of the reform.
