| 摘 要： | 以产品的成本组成分析为基础,构建一个由原料成本、零件加工成本和装配成本组成的产品成本模型。采用该模型能在产品的设计阶段对不同的设计方案进行成本估算,从而为企业对新产品设计方案的选择提供依据。文中以液压缸的成本估算为实例,验证了该成本模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of product cost, a cost model which is constituted by raw material cost, manufacturing cost and assembly cost, is built. With the model, the product cost of different design alternatives can be estimated in design phases, i.e. the model can provide a basis for selection of new product design scheme in enterprises. The practical example of hydraulic cylinder cost estima- tion has verified the validity and the effectiveness of the model. |
