1/3焦煤和肥煤参与配煤炼焦的比较

摘    要:对1/3焦煤和肥煤进行煤质分析,并对其单种煤的成焦光学组织、焦炭强度及参与配煤后对焦炭性能的影响进行比较。结果表明,当肥煤的胶质体质量一般或较差时,在配合煤中的作用与优质1/3焦煤相当,生产中两种煤可进行互换,但应针对调节焦炭冷、热性能的不同需要确定不同的配比。

Abstract:Quality analysis was carried out of 1/3 coking coal and fat coal and comparison was made of their respective coke optical texture, coke strength and influence over coke performance after coal blending. The results show that, when the quality of fat coal is average or a little inferior, its action in coal blending equals that of 1/3 coking coal of good quality and the two coals can be interchanged, yet different blending ratios are needed for different cold strengths and hot strengths of coke that might be needed.
