| 摘 要： | 高职机电类专业学生职业素质的养成是专业建设中的重要课题，职业素质的培养要从就业岗位的工作环境特点和对上岗人员的素质要求出发，结合学生的各方面特性，充分利用实训场所建设和使用的各个环节，严格按生产标准要求引导学生，使学生在校园内养成良好的职业素质。
