虚拟现实技术在选煤中的应用研究

在充分研究选煤生产过程及其特点的基础上,探讨通过建立选煤工艺过程逻辑框架结构,并分层填充设备单元和接口部件来构造选煤企业的虚拟选煤的主体工艺流程;在总结煤炭颗粒在介质中的运动规律的基础上,建立智能化的粒子运动模型,来研究粒子在典型的工艺设备(如:跳汰机)中的运动和分层机理,为选煤技术的研究和选煤企业选工艺参数的选择和设备控制参数调节提供一种新的方法和途径。

Research on Virtual Reality Technology in Coal Preparation

Based on sufficient research of production process of coal preparation and its characteristics, the maintechnological process of virtual coal preparation is constructed by building up logical framework of coal preparationtechnological process and filling in equipment and interface unit by layer. After movement rules of coal granule in mediator are summarized, movement model of intelligent granule in typical equipment (e.g. jig) can be set up. The model provides a new method and way to explore the movement and the layer of intelligent granule, to study coal preparation technique, to select technology parameters, and to adjust control parameters of equipment.
