| 摘 要： | 运动游戏作为一种有规则的文化游戏,已经逐渐成为富裕起来的人们的一种生活方式;奥运会作为运动游戏最高层次的表现形态,在全世界已经得到了普遍的公认;从运动游戏到奥林匹克竞技体育再到休闲体育,我们发现人类的运动偏好正在随时代的变迁发生着巨大变化.当休闲体育与实现人的自我价值和"精神的永恒性"密切相关时,它就会在人的一生发展中发挥重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Physical education and sports activity game,as one of cultural games,which has certain regulation and rules,has gradually become one of the important lifestyles in the welfare of people.The Olympic Games,as the highest game style in physical education and sports activities,has been recognized all over the world.We are surprised to find that great changes have taken place in human life from physical education and sports activity game to top-level Olympic sports and from top-level Olympic sports to leisure sports.Leisure sports will play an important role in the development of human being when it bears a close relationship with the high value and spirit of the modern society. |
