| 摘 要： | 讨论了双层线性分式规划问题，利用分式对偶理论和Kuhn-Tucker条件，给出一些二层规划解的最优性条件，并且借助于PCP算法的思想，给出求解双层线性分式规划行之有效的算法．

| Abstract: | Bilevel linear fractional programming problem,in which the constraint region is polyhedral,is discussed. Several optimality conditions are derived based on dual fractional program and Kuhn_Tucker conditions. An efficient method is given with the help of the PCP algorithm. |
