摘    要:液压AGC已经成为现代带钢轧机中控制带钢厚度的关键设备,通过对某轧机液压系统深入的研究和分析,并参考典型的液压元件的作用机理,完全地建立了轧机液压AGC系统的数学模型。最后,利用MATLAB语言对所建立起来的液压AGC数学模型进行了计算机仿真,结果表明和实际所测得的响应曲线非常近似。

Abstract:Hydraulic automatic gauge control(AGC)system has become one of key equipments to control the exit strip thickness in strip rolling mills.The hydraulic AGC system of a hot rolling mill was researched and analyzed,and its mathematics models were founded in whole based on the action principle of some representative hydraulic components.At last,the hydraulic AGC system was simulated with MATLAB by computer.It is obvious that the simulation curves are similar to the real response curves very much.
