| 摘 要： | 探讨了真空因素对大豆酯酶同工酶的影响，发现经不同真空时间处理后，大豆酯酶同工酶的活性发生了明显的变化.短时间（0.05h）的真空处理，使酶活迅速上升60%左右，随着真空时间的延长，酶活呈缓慢增加的趋势.实验结果表明一定时间的真空处理能刺激酶活表现.

Effect on Soybean′s Estarase Isozyme in Vacuum |

| Abstract: | The effect on soybean′s estarase isozyme in vacuum is researched.The change of activity of soybean′s estarase isozyme is evident after being kept in vacuum for different time .The activity of soybean′s estarase isozyme increase by 60% rapidly when the time in vacuum is 0.05h. When the time in vacuum is prolonged, the activity increase slowly .The result shows that the activity of soybean′s estarase isozyme can be stimulated after being kept in vacuum for some time. |
