Abstract:The stability of fine particle suspension of single mineral and bimineral mixture have been studied. The common rules of heterocoagulation were summarized. The chemical and physical dispersion methods were studied. It has been found that several organic or inorganic polymer dispersants have much stronger effect than the sodium silicate and a method combining dispersant addition with ultrasonic treatment gives the best results of dispersion.
