| 摘 要： | 对在杭37所高校教师的健康状况及体育锻炼情况进行调查,结果显示:在杭高校教师的健康状况一般,可能与他们的生活方式、饮食习惯有关;对体育活动的认识较正确.但参加体育活动的人数不够、体育活动时间偏短.影响在杭高校教师体育活动的主要因素是:缺乏时间、身心疲劳、无体育设施、健身意识不够等.建议高校加强宣传力度,改善健身环境,营造良好氛围,使教师们形成良好的锻炼习惯和终身体育观念.
