发酵棉粕对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究添加不同比例发酵棉粕对黄羽肉鸡生产性能及其屠宰性能的影响,选用14日龄健康黄羽肉鸡320只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别添加3%、6%和9%发酵棉粕,研究不同添加量对肉仔鸡生长前期(14-28日龄)、中期(29-45日龄)、后期(46-65日龄)各阶段生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。结果表明:①较Ⅰ组而言,肉仔鸡生长前期平均日增重Ⅱ组提高2.50%(P>0.05),Ⅲ组极显著提高7.22%(P<0.01),Ⅳ组则极显著下降15.03%(P<0.01);生长前期采食量Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著提高1.47%和1.73%,Ⅳ组则极显著下降7.66%(P<0.01);前期料重比Ⅱ组下降0.97%(P>0.05),Ⅲ组极显著下降5.34%(P<0.01),Ⅳ组则极显著提高8.74%(P<0.01);肉仔鸡生长中、后期以及全期平均日增重、采食量、料重比Ⅱ、Ⅲ组有所提高,Ⅳ组则下降,但均差异不显著(P>0.05)。②较Ⅰ组而言,半净膛率Ⅱ、Ⅲ组极显著提高2.73%、3.60%(P<0.01);胸肌率Ⅱ、Ⅲ组极显著提高14.83%、16.68%(P<0.01);腿肌率Ⅲ组提高最为明显,为14.17%(P<0.01);屠宰率、全净膛率各试验组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见添加6%发酵棉粕组在日增重、采食量、料重比、屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率都优于3%、9%发酵棉粕组,以添加6%发酵棉粕为宜。

Abstract:This paper was to research the effects of proportions of fermented cottonseed meal on the growth and slaughter performance in Yellow-feathered Chicken.320 14 d healthy broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,each four replicates of 20 chickens.GroupⅠ was the control group,and groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were added 3%,6% and 9% fermented cottonseed meal in diets respectively.The aim was to study the effect of proportions of fermented cottonseed meal on the early(14-28 days),medium(29-45 days old),and later(46-65 days) periods of growth and slaughter performance in broilers.The results were as follows:① the average daily gain of early period in group Ⅱ increased by 2.50%(P>0.05),group Ⅲ by 7.22%(P<0.01),significant,while groupⅣ decreased by 15.03%(P<0.01).The feed intake of early period in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 1.47% and 1.73%,while group Ⅳ decreased by 7.66%(P<0.01) compared with the control;the ratio of feed and body weight of early period in group Ⅱdecreased by 0.97%(P>0.05),and group Ⅲ decreased by 5.34%(P<0.01),whereas Ⅳ group increased by 8.74%(P<0.01);In the later and whole period,the average daily gain,feed intake,ratio of feed and body weight in groupⅡ and Ⅲ increased,while group Ⅳ decreased,but not significantly different(P>0.05).② Compared with the control,percentage of half carcass weight in groupⅡ and Ⅲ increased by 2.73% and 3.60%(P<0.01);percentage of bread muscle weight in groupⅡ and Ⅲ increased by 14.83% and 16.68%(P <0.01);percentage of leg muscle weight in group Ⅲ was improved by 14.17%(P<0.01);the dressing percentage and eviscerated weight percentage during treatment groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:broilers diet,average daily gain,feed intake,feed conversion ratio,dressing percentage,bread and leg muscle percentage were better than in 6% fermented cottonseed meal group that of 3%,9% groups.Therefore,6% fermented cotton meal in diet was appropriate.
