| 摘 要： | 分析了影响甘肃省的大气环流形势、天气形势以及水汽来源、下垫面情况;并对全省暴雨和洪水灾害类型进行了分类;探讨了暴雨洪水的时空分布规律;总结了洪水灾害的特点;提出通过工程措施和非工程措施减少洪水灾害的对策.

| Abstract: | The circulation and weather situation, water-vapor sources and underlying surface conditions having an effect on Gansu province were analyzed, and types of rainstorms and flood disasters in this area were classified. Their characteristics and the temporal and spatial distribution rules of rainstorms and floods, were discussed. The controlling strategies to prevent there disasters through engineering and non- engineering measures were also suggested. |
