| 摘 要： | 中国将逐步以注射方法执行死刑的消息引起社会的广泛反响，它标志着我国在严厉打击刑事犯罪的同时，死刑执行制度正向文明化、人道化迈进。就我国采用注射方法执行死刑的现状做了说明，分析了我国采取注射方式执行死刑的必然性和正确性。同时，也就其在执行过程中产生的问题和争议谈了看法。

| Abstract: | The news that China will gradually implement inject death penalty is causing extensive influence on the society. It is the sign while our country is attacking criminals sternly the execution system of death penalty become more and more civilized and personalized. The necessity and the correctness of the injection death penalty is analyzed. Meanwhile, the view on the question and dispution emerging in the course is put forward. The current situation is explained of adopting injection to carry out death penalty in our country. |
