| Abstract: | According to the evaluation theory of measuring uncertainty and through high performance liquid chromatography used to de- termine benzoic acid of beverage, this paper analyses the source of uncertainty in the whole test process and probes into the method of e- valuating uncertainty of benzoic acid so as to provide the reference for evaluating the uncertainty of benzoic acid of beverage determined by high performance liquid chromatography. |
