| 摘 要： | 在工程实践中,人们经常会遇到弹性体的振动控制问题,以及由此而产生的噪声控制问题。这类振动和噪声具有宽频带的特点,即有多个共振峰存在。为了有效地抑制这类宽频振动,六十年代后,粘弹阻尼技术得到了极为迅速的发展。各种附加阻尼结构,作为一种高效价廉,简便的振动控制手段,在各种机械结构上,获得了广泛的应用。在纺织业中,织机的噪声主要源于打击件的振动,其中打梭棒是个很强的声源,它对整机的高频噪声,有相当大的影响。因此,抑制打梭棒的振动,以降低织机的噪声,具有实际的社会意义和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Three types of constrained-layer damping treatments are applied to control vibration and noise of picking stick of the loom,good results of reduction of vibration and noise have been obtained.In addition,effect of adhesive place of viscoelastic material and different type of damping treatment on vibration response and noise of picking stick of the loom is investigated by means of impulse exeition technique and noise measuring test.Conclusions obtained are suitable to similiar beam structures. |
