| 摘 要： | 用细胞株体外培养技术和抑菌试验 ,研究牦牛血清转铁蛋白对HeLa细胞株生长的影响和对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用 .结果 :①一定浓度牦牛血清转铁蛋白对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有较强的抑菌作用 ,抑菌圈直径达 2 .0cm以上 ;②牦牛血清转铁蛋白在 10 μg/mL时 ,对HeLa细胞株生长和集落形成均无明显的抑制作用 ,但当牦牛血清转铁蛋白在 2 5 μg/mL时 ,对HeLa细胞株生长和集落形成均有明显的抑制作用 ,并且随着作用时间的延长和浓度的增加 ,其抑制作用明显增强 .这表明 ,牦牛血清转铁蛋白具有一定的抗菌和抗肿瘤作用 |

| Abstract: | The effect of the Yak serum transferrin on HeLa cell strain and S.aureus,E.coli were studied with technique of cell culture and experimental study on its bacteriostasis.Results(YSTf):1.There was a significant bacteriostasis on S.aureus,and E.coli by adequate the Yak serum transferring of different concentration.2.When YSTf is 10μg/mL ,there was not a significant growth inhibition on both of HeLa cell strain and plating efficiency. there was a significant growth inhibition on both of HeLa cell strain and plating efficiency by YSTf is 25μg/mL,but the inhibitory effect was significant by increasing dose and prolonging the cultured time.The results indicate that YSTf had bacteriostasis and antitumour activity |
