论西部开发机遇与全面提高女性素质

提高占全国人口半数的女性素质 ,既是振兴中华、加快西部开发的迫切需要 ,也是实现妇女自身彻底解放的内在条件。为此 ,本文认为各界妇女必须抓住机遇 ,努力更新思想观念 ,提高社会经济地位 ,加强科技、文化知识教育 ,才能以成功女性的特质塑造女性新形象 ,迎接 2 1世纪知识经济时代的挑战

To improve the chinese women's quality,not only anurgent need for rejuvenating china and promoting chinese west development,but also the inside condition for realizing the women's LibenaTion absolutly.So this paper thinks.the Chinese women must grasp the opportunity and neplace Viows,improve the women's postition of the society and economy,streng then the women's education of the science and cultune.We can use the successful Chinese women's character to portray the new chinese women to face challenging of the 21 centuny.
