论新时期的标准文献工作

阐述了新时期做好标准文献工作的现实意义，针对当前标准文献工作存在的亟待解决的问题，提出广泛收集国内外标准文献、建立健全标准信息网、提高标准文献管理人员业务素质、开发经营标准文献产品、建立标准文献数据库、强化网络交流、实现管理与服务现代化的措施。

Discussion on Standard Literature Work in the New Period

This paper expounds the practical significance of the standard literature work in the new period and, in the light of the problems existing in current standard literature work and needing prompt solution, this paper puts forward some measures of making widespread collection of foreign and domestic standard literatures, establishing and perfecting standard information network, increasing professional quality of standard literature managerial personnel, developing and marketing standard literature products, setting up standard literature databases, strengthening network communication and realizing modernization of management and service.
