| 摘 要： | 水资源是影响21世纪中国社会经济持续发展的重要因素.对于宁夏固原市原州区来说,水资源能否可持续开发与利用,直接关系到原州区的区域经济建设和国土自然环境的稳定.依据可持续发展的思想,分析了影响原州区水资源可持续开发利用的突出问题,并提出了相应的对策和措施.
