| 摘 要： | 本文论述了径向辗环的塑性变形条件及其特点，分析了瞬时极限压下量，导出了辗压时间、进给速度的计算公式．文申还用实例计算了径向辗压命齿轮坯的进给速度，并进行了实验验证．研究结果对确定径向碾压进结速度规范具有实用意义．

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the conditions and features of plastic deformation of the rediairolling ring, anaiyses the instantaneous maximum of the screwdown and derives the calculatingformulas for the rolling time and the feeding speed. An actuat calcutation is carried out in thepaper for the feeding speed in radial rolling on a given bevel gear blank and the result has beencomfirmed through a series of relevant experiments. The formulas achieved in our study arepractical in determination of norm for the feeding speed in rediai rolling. |
