摘    要:系统研究了正常及反常赖政-悌曼反应(NormalorAbnormalReliner-TiemannReavction,NRYorART);研究了相转移住化方法和超声波辐射技术及其在正常Reliner—Tiemann(NRT)反应中的应用,从而使反应条件温和,效率增加,对邻比大,时间缩短,取得较好收效。

Abstract:Systematic investigation was made on normal and abnormal Reimer-tiemann (NRT,ART) reactions and on appications of phase-transfer catalysis (PTC) and ultras onicirradi-ation (USI) techniques to organic synthesis. In this paper, phase-transfercatalysis (PTC)methid and ultrasonic irradiation technique and their combination wereused for performingthe normal Reimer-Tiemann (NRT) reaction. The introduction of thecombination tech-nique took serval advantages: (1) the NRT reaction occours more easily which can be per-formed at room-temperrature (at about 30℃) ; (2) the total yields of twohydroxy-benzaldehydes arises to be higher; (3) the amount of para-substituted priductincreases by alarge scale; (4) the reaction time becomes much shorter.These results show a good applicable prospect of PTC and USI techniques in organnicsynthesis.
