| 摘 要： | 研究了乳酸环丙沙星(CFLX)在胶束体系中的荧光特性,发现十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对CFLX有较强的增敏作用,据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定环丙沙星的新方法。其线性范围为0~2.00μg/mL,检出限为1.32 ng/mL。
