| 摘 要： | 根据评价主体价值判断,得到各指标的主观性权重,以此建立重要性加权主成分评价模型.通过案例说明改进后的评价模型不仅考虑了指标间信息量权重,而且考虑了指标间的重要度差异,更加符合客观实际.

| Abstract: | According to the evaluation subject value judgments, the subjective weight of each indicator was obtained, and the importance weighted principal component evaluation model was established. Finally case studies showed that the modified model not only included the information weight among the indexes but the importance differences among the indices as well,and that the evaluation results were more objective and practical. |
