| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育质量标准是社会对学生质量的评价度与学生对教学质量的评价度的总和。其特征主要体现为：稳定性与发展性统一，基础性与多样性共存，自律性与它律性结合。研究和构建成人高等教育的质量标准，有利于树立新的成人高等教育办学质量观；有利于规范我国成人高等教育管理与质量评估；有利于优化资源配置，增强竞争力；有利于维护成人高等教育消费者的合法权益。构建成人高等教育质量标准要体现外适性、内适性、个适性三种价值取向，同时还要把握方向性，体现针对性，强调发展性，突出理论性。
