摘    要:采用分光广度法对不同品种苦荞中黄酮含量进行检测,样品通过显色后在500nm下直接测定.通过对17种不同品种苦荞麦的黄酮含量进行测定,发现美姑苦荞的黄酮含量最高,达2.40%,选荞1号次之,为2.35%,而川荞1号最低,仅为1.54%.此方法操作简单易行,结果稳定可靠.

Abstract:To determine the content of flavanone in different varieties of buckwheat, using spectropho- tometer, samples were directly determined after coloration at the wavelength of 500 nm. After the determi- nation of seventeen varieties of buckwheat, the findings show that Meigu buckwheat has the highest fla- vanone which is 2.40% ;the content of flavanone in No. 1 Xuan buckwheat is 2.35% ;No. 1 of Sichuan buckwheat has the lowest content with a percentage of 1.54%. This method is proved simple and conve- nient in operation;stable and reliable in findings.
