| 摘 要： | 绘画心理疗法是表达性心理治疗法之一,弥补了谈话心理疗法的不足,目前已广泛应用到个体心理治疗和团体心理辅导的过程中。从绘画心理疗法的概述、作用机制入手,对绘画心理疗法在大学生团体心理辅导中的具体操作和效果进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | As one of the expressive psychotherapies, painting psychotherapy has been widely applied to various types of psychotherapeutic processes owing to its coveting of the shortage of talking psychotherapy. This paper introduces the concept of painting psychotherapy and its mechanism of action, as well as exploration of its application and effect on the college students＇ group counseling. |
