| 摘 要： | 采用综合研究方法，对老年人体育活动中猝死的原因进行了分析，并讨论有关预防和减少老年人体育活动中猝死的对策，以提高医务监督的质量，促进老年体育锻炼者身心健康，延缓衰老，延长工作年限，达到延年益寿的目的。 |

| Abstract: | The cause of sudden death of old people in speds activities is analysed ed the method of a comprehensive study. The countermeasures which relate to prevention and reduction of sudden death in sports activities of old people are discussed in older tO improve the quality of medical matters supervise, promote the sound in body and mind of speds actors, delay old and feeble, prolong the working nUmber of years,achieve the purpose of prolongation life. |
