摘    要:液体在偶合器流道中的流动情况非常复杂,各种阻力损失系数难于精确确定,因而到目前为止还缺少比较精确和通用的负荷特性计算方法.本文所提供的流道内阻力损失计算公式和系数计及了流道各参数变化的影响,并用十余种模型试验结果进行统一修正,应用流速线性分布的流动模型算出偶合器流道的负荷特性.对六种流道的同一公式计算和试验结果的对照表明,吻合情况令人满意.因而,为流道变参数偶合器的性能预测提供了一种有用的计算方法.

Abstract:Fluid flow condition through the passages of a fluid coupling is extremely complex, because the coefficients of resistance losses are difficult to determine precisely. Up to now, therefore, there is still a scarcity of accurate and popular load characteristic calculating method. The calculation formulae and coefficients of resistance losses suggested in this paper take into consideration the effects of every difference parameter of circuit and modify them uniformly with experimental results of more than ten fluid coupling models. At the same time, by means of a linear velocity distribution model of flow, the load characteristic of the fluid coupling working circuit is calculated. With the same formulae and tests on six working circuits, the comparison of the results between the calculations and the tests on each working circuit shows that they all agree satisfactorily. It can therefore be concluded that the suggested calculating method is useful for characteristic prediction of a fluid coupling with differential working circuit parameters.
