摘    要:针对石油钻井过程中钻井液在环形空间内的特点.对宾汉液体在钻井同心环空内轴向层流流动时流棱及流动压降进行了精确的理论分析.利用圆柱坐标系.导出了流场分布、流核尺寸及流动压降的理论计算公式.给出了便于现场应用的计算模式及有关的计算图表.有助于准确确定直井钻井过程中环空流核尺寸及流动压降.为更好地进行水力参数和钻井液流变参数设计,提供了参考依据.文中还从理论上对比分析了以前常用简化计算公式的计算误差.

Abstract:This paper presents an analytical solution for the flow core region and pressure drop of steady-state axial laminar flow of incompressible Bingham fluids in the concentric annuli of drilling wells. Accurate models for velocity profile, the boundary of flow core region and pressure drop of this flow are established. Simple working formulas and data related are also given. Moreover, the calculation results of the pressure drop formulas presented herein and that of the simplified method currently used are compared. The calculation errors of the latter are analyzed.
