摘    要:为了实现涡旋压缩机的轴向补偿,平衡轴向气体力,在原有动涡旋盘实现轴向补偿的基础上提出静涡旋盘的轴向随变结构.即在静涡旋盘上开设背压孔,在密封组件和静涡旋盘镶嵌处形成背压腔,通过可移动的密封组件来实现轴向补偿.此结构在产品样机中得到了实验验证,能够起到轴向补偿、平衡气体力及防止过载的作用.

Abstract:In order to realize axial-compensation of scroll compressor for axial-pressure balancing,an axial following mechanism of static scroll plate was proposed on the basis of original axial compensatory rotate plate,where a back pressure aperture was set on the static plate and a back pressure cavity would form at the location of airproof module and static plate so that axial compensation motion would be realized due to airproof module shifting.This kind of structure was justified in a new product,showing that it could achieve axial compensation to balance the axial-pressure and prevent the compressor from over-load.
