摘    要:面对期刊退出机制的挑战,高职院校学报欲在不进则退的市场竞争环境中做大做强,迫切需要通过适时地研究市场变化,做市场细分来确立自身发展的价值,并将编辑的市场能力培养内化为自身强烈的生存竞争意识和谋生的条件.而对于高职院校学报编辑的市场能力的培养途径离不开对市场需求的判断、内容的判断、与作者的互动和沟通以及对市场资源的掌握.

Abstract:In the face of periodical exit mechanism, Journals of higher vocational colleges need to make search about the changes of market and do the market segmentation to establish their own development are- value make the editor's market ability training into their own strong survival competition consciousness and living conditions. The way of the editor's market ability training is the judgment of the demand of market and the con- tent, the interaction and communication with the author and the master of market resources.
