| 摘 要： | 分析了GIS专业应用型人才的需求状况,从人才培养计划的制定、实践课程体系的形成、毕业论文的指导等方面进行人才培养模式设计.通过几年的实践,学生的动手能力和科研能力大大提高,培养的学生受到社会的普遍欢迎.

| Abstract: | Based on the case of GIS profession, the paper introduces the local colleges train applied talents of the specific practice, mainly from the setting education curriculums, forming practical trainings, directing gradu- ation thesis, etc. For years of training practice, the students＇ practice and research abilities greatly improved, and the students are broadly accepted by society. The applied talents training mode is basically established. |
